Dear teachers, colleagues and students!
I sincerely congratulate you on this important holiday - Victory Day! This is a holiday dedicated to the immeasurable heroism, the immeasurable glory of the defenders of the Motherland and the indomitable hard work of our people.
Victory in World War II was not easy for a multinational state. A very heavy burden fell on the shoulders of our grandfathers who fought for the country. How many fellow countrymen did not return from the battlefield or lost their youth forever. Today marks 79 years since the day when the darkest chapter in human history was closed, and since then we have been honoring the memory of the heroes.
Time does its work. Every year the ranks of our veterans, who gave us the Great Victory, and those who worked tirelessly in the rear, are thinning. Therefore, our duty is to respect and take care of our soldiers who made an invaluable contribution to the Victory.
Today's generation learns from the heroism and courage of their ancestors, and May 9 was and remains a day of courage and an unforgettable page in the calendar of history.

Most of us have relatives, grandparents, who went through the war or were home front workers. So, I congratulate you all on Victory Day, I wish you health, long years of peaceful life and prosperity for your families!

Карьера. 1979 г. — Кайрат Айтуганов начал работать оператором цеха перевозки Кокчетавского почтамта. 1984-1985 гг. — ассистент кафедры почвоведения Целиноградского сельхозинститута. 1987-1989 гг. — агроном, старший агроном, главный экономист совхоза Карабулакский Зерендинского р-йона Кокчетавской обл.
